4.2 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your Account. ji55 relies on this information to verify your identity, process transactions, and fulfil regulatory obligations. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate Account termination.
4.3 You must promptly update your Account information if any details change, including your email address, contact number, or payment method information.
4.4 Account sharing — permitting another individual to access or use your ji55 Account — is strictly prohibited. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you.
4.5 ji55 reserves the right to decline any registration application without stating a reason.
5.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ji55 login credentials, including your email address and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party.
5.2 ji55 strongly recommends enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your Account. 2FA adds a second verification step to the login process and significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access.
5.3 If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ji55 immediately at . ji55 will investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily freeze the Account pending resolution.
5.4 ji55 will never contact you via email, phone, or any other channel to request your full password. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to ji55 support immediately.
5.5 ji55 shall not be liable for any losses suffered as a result of unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to maintain the security of their login credentials or has shared their credentials with a third party.
6.1 ji55 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT, BTC, and ETH, subject to availability and minimum/maximum transaction limits applicable to each method.
6.2 The minimum deposit is ₱100 for Philippine peso deposits via GCash and PayMaya. Minimum deposit amounts for other payment methods are displayed in the deposit section of your Account.
6.3 All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to a person other than the Account holder — are not permitted and may result in Account suspension and return of funds.
6.4 ji55 does not accept deposits made in cash or via money orders. All transactions must be made through supported electronic payment channels.
6.5 Deposited funds are credited to your Account wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment gateway. ji55 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
6.6 ji55 is not a financial institution. Deposited funds do not accrue interest. Funds are held for the exclusive purpose of facilitating gameplay on the Platform.
7.1 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. Where a direct return is not possible, ji55 will contact the Player to arrange an alternative withdrawal method.
7.2 Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before a Player's first withdrawal request. Acceptable Philippine identification documents include a valid driver's licence, passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, or Voter's ID. Verification is a one-time requirement.
7.3 Withdrawal processing times are as follows, subject to successful KYC completion:

7.5 Bonus Funds are not withdrawable. Only winnings generated from real-money play, after applicable wagering requirements have been met, are eligible for withdrawal.
Withdrawal fees are not charged by ji55. However, third-party payment providers may charge their own transaction fees. ji55 is not responsible for fees imposed by banks, e-wallets, or crypto networks.
8.1 All bonuses and promotions offered by ji55 are subject to specific terms that include wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry dates. These specific terms are presented at the point of promotion entry and must be read prior to opting in.
8.2 Bonuses must be claimed within the stated claim period. Expired unclaimed bonuses cannot be reinstated.
8.3 Wagering requirements must be completed within the stipulated timeframe from the date of bonus credit. Bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited if the wagering requirement is not met within this period.
8.4 Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game contribution percentages are specified in the individual promotion terms. Typically, slots contribute 100% and live dealer games contribute a reduced percentage.
8.5 ji55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, except in cases where a Player has already opted in and the promotion modification would materially disadvantage their existing progress towards the wagering requirement.
8.6 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, hedging bets to minimise wagering contribution risk, or any systematic exploitation of bonus terms — is prohibited and will result in Account suspension, bonus forfeiture, and potentially the forfeiture of any associated real-money balance.
8.7 Where ji55 determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a Player is engaging in bonus abuse, ji55 may remove the bonus, reverse associated bets, and terminate the Player's Account.
9.1 All games available on the ji55 Platform are provided by third-party certified game providers. Game rules are displayed within each game interface. ji55 is not responsible for the content or outcome of third-party games, provided the games are functioning as certified.
9.2 The outcome of all non-live games is determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software, which has been independently tested and certified for fairness. Live dealer games are conducted using real physical equipment in audited studios.
9.3 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, the bet may be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's Account. ji55 will not honour winnings generated during a period of confirmed technical malfunction.

13.3 Nothing in these Terms limits ji55's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
14.1 You may close your ji55 Account at any time by contacting support at . Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance will be returned to your registered withdrawal method, subject to KYC verification being complete and no outstanding pending review.
14.2 ji55 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
14.3 Where Account termination results from a breach of these Terms, ji55 reserves the right to withhold the Account balance to the extent permitted by applicable law and to offset any losses or damages incurred by ji55 as a result of the breach.
